4-Wheel Ore Car

The Virginia & Truckee Railroad used hundreds of these diminutive iron-hopper ore cars to haul thousands of tons of ore from the rich silver mines of Nevada.  These small cars were moved to processing mills in long trains by the V&T’s mogul freight engines.  Sold in 3-car sets only.
