SMR Lay-Away

Want some of our fine products but a little short just now?
We now offer a lay-away plan for our customers.
Any order totaling over $1000.00 is eligible. The plan works like this:

1. There is no interest charge.
2. Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card (credit cards accepted only through PayPal) or a combination of each. To make a payment via PayPal, you need to use the "send money" option on the PayPal site and direct the payment to "dave@smrtrains.com".
3. Orders can be cancelled; however there is a cancellation penalty. This penalty is as follows:
a) within one month, the deposit will be retained.
b) after one month an additional penalty of $50 per month will be deducted from any refund to a maximum penalty of $250. Any other balance will be refunded.
4. If no payment is received more than one month (30 days) after the due date, the order will be cancelled as per Item #3, above. Payments which are more than one week (7 days) late are subject to a $20 late fee.
5. SMR will not send out statements or bills other than this initial notice. The buyer is responsible for keeping track of payment due dates and making payments on time.
6. A $100.00 Deposit is required to start the layaway.
7. 1st Payment of 35% of the order total due 30 days after the deposit is received and the layaway accepted.
8. 2nd Payment of 35% of the order total due 60 days after the layaway is accepted.
9. The remaining balance due 90 days after the layaway is accepted.

Deposit: $100.00 (10/10/11)
Payment 1: $519.00 (35%, due 11/10/11)
Payment 2: $519.00 (35%, due 12/10/11)
Payment 3: $346.95 (remaining balance, due 1/10/12)
